We all have struggles. With emotional eating, cravings for the wrong types of foods, troubles motivating ourselves, physical ailments that limit us, mental thoughts that hold us back, and probably more things I haven't thought of here.
Let's use this thread to brainstorm ways to overcome our struggles. Things we could do to overcome that lack of motivation, foods we can turn to instead of the the craving that isn't good for us, etcetera.
I've a hit a bit of a motivational stand still this week. I thought having a thread like this on our team could help pull someone out of the struggle they are having by adopting someone else's ideas to combat what they are feeling. So if you have anything that could help, reply away!
