Just to update finally. The Same does work, and well. I feel emotionally more level and my outlook is back to normal. The only side effects for me that is somewhat bothersome is the over calm in my body (I know odd thing to complain about) People will tell me I look tired out and sometimes I do feel it. I think it's just that I almost never have that calmness, ADD does not lend itself to calmness of spirit. The other is a photosensitivity when I have too much Same onboard. It tells me to take less of it and that's not such a bad thing.

I have been really depressed lately with the body pain to go with it. I've had enough and am trying a supplement called Sam E. It can have a positive effect within 2 weeks so I'll keep you all updated.

We all have struggles. With emotional eating, cravings for the wrong types of foods, troubles motivating ourselves, physical ailments that limit us, mental thoughts that hold us back, and probably more things I haven't thought of here.

Let's use this thread to brainstorm ways to overcome our struggles. Things we could do to overcome that lack of motivation, foods we can turn to instead of the the craving that isn't good for us, etcetera.

I've a hit a bit of a motivational stand still this week. I thought having a thread like this on our team could help pull someone out of the struggle they are having by adopting someone else's ideas to combat what they are feeling. So if you have anything that could help, reply away! emoticon
