I just want to say hope you all have a happy weight loss this year. I intend to to lose at least a stone before my holiday in August(I have set it low because I do not want to feel pressured and I am finding it hard to lose weight) I would like to lose more but I am in no rush and if you lose weight slowly it is more likely to stay off. I actually started my healthy plan just before Christmas so could get into the swing of it.
I look forward to seeing how we all do in our quest.
