Well, the rain has come, the sun has gone - hoping that the summer will return! I was enjoying it so much!
What are your August goals?
My August goal is to reach 154lbs. Carrying on with what I have achieved so far is vital of course, but I want to push myself a little harder before Autumn comes! So, for me - 60 minutes exercise (cardio/toning combined) 5 days a week - with weekends being completely up to me how much or how little I do.
