do you? how well do you like the new plan? how is the free fruit working for you? i am still going to meetings but honestly have not truely followed the plan. i am going to for the next week though. i told myself what the heck...i have paid and i can do it for one week before i really say to hooey with it. it is kind of silly though. i have a alot of point like 57 each day and a 7 point breakfast flips me out as being way too high! i mean thinking on it last night i was like even if at all three meals i ate 7 points i am still not half way through the dailies so what is the big deal?

Hi Needwantwill- I can relate to what you are saying. I finally decided to join Sparks and commit to only one thing- "Track my food each day and report it on a "challenge" on another board." I will do this for 31 days regardless of how well or bad I am doing. Doesn't matter, for me the challenge is the "act of tracking, following through and not quitting." That is all I "have" to do. I am usually an all or nothing type of person and I tend to research programs and feel I have to do everything just right. If I don't do it perfectly I end up quitting to go look for the next "right" program. I have come to the realization for me the programs aren't the problem, the "follow through" is the problem, the "start" is the problem, the "keep pushing through regardless of how the day went" is the problem. This time I want this to be a diet but the start of a lifestyle change. Instead of focusing in on the weight loss I am now focusing on the "act" and the icing on the cake is some weight loss. It has seem to help. It has only been 17 days, but so far so good. I'm I perfect? No, but I have recorded everyday and reported (that's the challenge), some days I am within my range and someday not so much. Does it matter? No, because my goal is to track and report only. In the 17 days that I have been doing this I have lost 8lbs as a result. I only have to do this 14 more days then I will have completed the race!!! (For this challenge.....next!)
I ever introduced my self. Not sure where to start.....36 year old wife and mom. Need to loose about 215 or so. Terrible at committing and sticking to weightless and diet(in the sense of choosing lower in calories and healthier foods.....not meaning fads)and figuring out where to start and keeping going in a healthy life style change. I know what I need to do but the motivation seems to stoP shortly thereafter .like right now insteAd of just "doing it" I am yet again going back and forth between the how to loose it. Such as should I weightwatchers, sparkpeople, or low carb.this is where I always flounder and flop. Any hoo I guess I have babbled enough. Free to Ask me anything......I am a pretty open person and honestly not too sure how well I have Introduced my self:/
