I posted this entry in the introduce yourself forum as well.

Well, my weight goes up and down every year I think. I have had a particularly hard last 6 months or so. To sum it up I binge (used to purge) and now I just don't feel like doing the purging anymore... Although in my opinion being bulimic has to be healthier than being obese.
That being said, I know that being at a healthy weight and not binging at all would be the best thing. It's just so hard. Having always been a binger, when I started purging in my 20s I lost a huge amount of weight. I stopped when I got married. After my 1st was born I tried using purging again and it didn't work at all for dropping weight.
I did Weights Watchers on my own and lost about 80 pounds. I got pregnant with my 2nd daughter and gained it all back. The summer after she was born I did a month of WW and found I didn't want to pay the money. Enter spark people.
I lost 60 pounds in a year or so and dropped off this site. Well, my emotions have been taking over and night is my hardest time to handle. So I haven't been.
I am trying to regain control so I am back!
