It's so hard to give up the junk food once we go back to it! If you tracked your food before this- get back to the basics and incorporate some of the junk food in you meal plan so you don't give it up cold turkey. That's what I did and it made it easier. Now i'm back on track!

Since the christmas period iv not stopped eating the wrong kind of foods. seriously need to get back to wat i was doing before am absolutely dreading the weigh in monday. feel so bloated and disgusting right now.
