We're not perfect. We will never do anything perfect. Two days of binge eating isn't going to undo everything youve been doing. It may set you back, but it cant keep you from moving forward. Forgive yourself. It's ok. One bad choice doesn't have to lead to another, but if it does, the binge won't last forever. Nothing lasts forever. Don't beat yourself up... Just forgive yourself and get back in the game. Remember this is a lifet style change, not just an event. You CAN do this... Stay positive and be kind to yourself!

So I did great last month losing 6 lbs. and thinking I had this binge thing beat. Counted calories all week, excercised every day, then BAM!!!! Had a 2 day BINGE FEST!!! I feel God awful right now!!!

I've had self control and lost 60 lbs. in 2010!! Why can't I get to that good place again and STAY THERE???? emoticon
