Heya Meg I feel your pain. I know what it's like to have mistake after mistake show up on the scale, or jeans area. I've been bouncing back and forth all March long between losing weight and gaining it then losing it.
But I've been remembering progress not perfection. It really helps me to strive forward and to bounce back after I've been knocked down. Time after time after time after time after time. I'm only in the beginning of my weight loss journey and I've already failed SEVERAL times already. I'm not perfect, but I am making progress and that's what's important. I'm a lot more physically active than I was a month ago, which I can be proud about. I just need to work on those times I binge and keep on overeating.
So ya I've had setbacks, but the main thing is to look forward, keep your eye on the prize, and keep going straight towards it, no matter what obstacles you run into.

So I'm REALLY struggling right now to not give up on this journey. I've gained weight and inches even though I've been working my butt off at the gym and eating less and I'm on the edge about to jump off the wagon AGAIN.
