I weigh tues morning after I pee before I eat or drink anything.
that is the weigh in that I use to track and that is the weigh in that I enter my #'s into my tracker.
other times through the week I sometimes hop on, but I try my best to not do that. when I do I try to look at it as a picture in time and not the be all end off of my week on or off plan.
I agree with SPARKLISE that it does not matter when or what time, it matters that you do it the same each week so you have one true thread to follow on your path.
It does not matter what time of day as long as you do it at the same time on the same scale.
I weight in every Monday morning-but I cheat during the week and weigh myself at different times- but Monday morning is the weight I put on my page-no matter what is says!
So it seems that my scale goes up drastically at night, I've been told that weight fluctuates during the day and I've seen it first hand. So my question is, "what time of day is the best to weigh?"
