Its been 2 weeks and i have not binge ate! its been very hard but everytime i get upset, sad, emotional, or just plain bored, i do something else or address the issue. When i pass a fast food place, i keep driving. when i have a bad day, I cuddle with my husband. When i'm feeling bad about myself, i call my trainer for motivation and make sure that i take out all my frustration during my workouts. i force myself to go to the gym. I put a sign on the fridge and pantry that says "HALT - Hungry, Angry, Loney, Tired" to remember not to eat if im feeling the latter 3 and to not eat if im already full. I thought it was going to lose it the first few days...I still feel like im on edge but overall im feeling ok.
