Welcome! I keep telling myself each item you eat is a "choice". It can either be good, or it can be bad and good choices bring good results. One choice at a time....but if you slip as we all do...there's always the next choice waiting. I love angel food cake with light whipped topping as a treat...maybe with a few berries...yummmm... Or for crunch, I love the Special K cracker/chips or the mini bags of Pop Tart chocolate squares! Feels like I'm "cheating"!!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the the site and have 49 lbs of binge fat to lose as well as the bad habits and thwarted behaviour that goes with it. I plan to take each day separately so that I don't bombard myself and in each day, I hope to get stronger and stronger. I know that this site will be hugely helpful.
