I felt the same about this team that alot of people are on it but I dont see alot of communication. I made a team and still interested in this one. I dont have any memebers yet. But for those who are interested in more communication and have another team for us to reference back and fourth to I thought it would be good. Its called night eating. Def needs time to produce but I thought anyone interested in building support on it together would be great. Hope this helps. I struggle with binge eating so badly, especially at night. I feel your pain. Dont give up. What have you tried to help it??

Portion control is a big thing for me also.
Right now, i just eat and eat,and it seems there's never enough-even if i'm physically overfull.

I had to remove things or I know I couldn't stop with one piece, or one seving...I'm even having a hard time with the cereal I bought...3/4 cup serving is what it is and I could eat 2 cups or more!

I hear you. I had a great workout today,however I couldn't stop at One piece of dark chocolate. I don't know why I do this. I will say that I have removed the unhealthy food from my house. So when I binge , I am binging on healthier choices. However, I am going over my calorie count and that doesn't help with weight lose. One step at a time

I am guilty for just not going to many of my sparkteam pages. This is something I need to get a handle on or I'll never lose any weight. I work out faithfully everyday - just got to quit eating crap! emoticon

I joined this team a few months ago and I'm not really sure how to help getting it more active because I'm not too good on computer stuff.. emoticon

Admitting you are a binge eater is hard and I'm happy for you that you are facing it .It is the first step to getting healed.

I was so so excited to find this team, admitting I am a binge eater is hard, I have never done it before. I'm not seeing a lot of activity on this team, am I not looking in the right places? or is there not a lot of team activity? This is an area I need to explore and learn about as it will be a huge struggle for me. I do not mean to be offending anyone if I'm ignorant of what the team is up to...I just don't find very active posting and I may not be looking hard enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you!
