LOL at all you "youngsters"!! You can blame it on PMS but I got news for you...after the PMS years, you still have days of wanting to eat everything in the house including the table legs!! Just FYI.... emoticon

OMG I have the same problem...During PMS time I am a MONSTER. I consume disgusting quantities of food and weird things too. This PMS I was eating fahitas with hot sauce, hash browns and a glass of chocolate milk ALL AT THE SAME TIME! I felt so out of control I wanted to cry! It seems to be getting worse with age. Then comes the period and all is fine and dandy. Appetite-goes away! I have tried every trick in the book but no techniques I use helps. That's me though. I am going to look into vitamin/herbal remedies to see what is out there for staving off the crazy eating episodes during PMS!

I have issues with this also. I crave salt and chocolate with PMS. I also try to limit the amount of what I have or try the 100 cal packs or fiber one brownies. That way I get the salty/chocolate but don't ruin my diet. And when you eat what it is you crave, try to eat it slowly and savor ever bite a flavor, I find I feel more fulfilled with less that way.

i was suffering from the same problem....what i would suggest is first take smaller portion then stopping it....this process should take at least two weeks not less or u would have this craving and wouldn't stop....then start having milk instead of eating for it would make your stomach full....start with this first then we'd move ahead

I was a chronic binge eater for a long time, but I seemed to find a way to keep it under control and hadn't binged in months. But after I turned 30 I started having PMS every month (which didn't used to happen to me before, I'd just get cramps) and a symptom appears to be hard-to control cravings. What do I do to avoid losing every month only to gain it all back in 3-5 days???
