I just started this night snacking! I never used to do it. I went to the store and bought healthy things to eat quick. I bought bananas, apples, canned pineapples, and canned oranges, and cold cereal. For me, that will be good. Just a suggestion. If we are going to eat, we might as well do it healthy!

I know what you mean. I was so good yesterday too. Tossed and turned and ultimately got out of bed only to eat a big bowl of cereal. Fell right to sleep after that. Like you, I wasn't even hungry. I wish I could get out of this.

I want even hungry , im just stressed out with my kids in Canada and being feverish , i spent the whole day cleaning like there was no tomorrow and eating very normal , to binge a huge chicken breast (delicatessen kind) ,
Its sad i do that if im not hungry at all , and i work hard burning calories and i do this , i wouldve been at least 7 kilos lighter if it wasn't for all this crazy thing of eating at nights for no reason at all .
