I ate out tonight and had turkey, potatoes, carrots, 1/2 a roll, a small salad with blue cheese dressing. on the side and strawberry/rhubarb pie. Earlier today had cereal for breakfast, a slim fast shake for lunch and then dinner. So I guess all in all my dinner wasn't to bad. No, I didn't need the pie, but it came with the dinner and so I ate it. And I enjoyed it. But I rarely have desert at all.

Here is a great tracker in ways -- as you can see what your evening meal was -- and possibly realize you had a rather filling and satisfying meal -- so why the need to snack or binge later? I know the snacking and binging is a habit -- but let's try to break it -- and keep posting what our evening meal was and see if it can help!
