all the time, happened last night. i did really well all day, nice breakfast (healthy) good lunch and then wham!!!! got home and just ate and ate and ate without even thinking about it. my husband works at night so i'm home alone and really it just hits you. There is always advice on how to stop yourself before you start or such and such, but how do you stop yourself when it is subconcious?
For me its like a black out and wake up not knowing what i did the night before.

Try and see what is going on with you or around you at hat time. Maybe write your feelings down in a journal so you can begin to see a pattern. Is there a reason you may be afraid of losing the weight? We overeat or binge for emotional reasons. We just have to figure out "why". Then we have to decide that we are worth more than our emotions.

Every time I want to really get serious about weight loss, I go on a subconscious pigout! Seriously, I don't even realize what I've done until I'm miserably full! I'm sick! It's like I'm determined to kill myself with food! What's up with that? Anyone else experience this kind of thing?
