Hi...Wanda.. keep it going kid. You can do this. We all get side tracked, can't resist the free dessert, especially cheese cake (I try to stop at one fork full) sometimes I succeed, and when I don't, I drink a little more water, and walk an additional half an hour, to burn off those (excess, calories...that I had to have, but did not need)...and then I get back on track, and do not look back. Even, though I have lost 75...I only look back now at the successes and the good times, and I remember alot of times I wanted to quit, because of one too many drinks, or too many slices or pizza, but if I had, there is no way I would be here at 125..or whatever the scale said today..no clue..I was too scared to go on it. When I eat past 5 p.m., it seems, everything I eat turns to fat, so I try not to do that...
Life gets in the way of our healthy plans. You can go forward from now and try and make healthier choices. Don't look back..today is a new day. I have had times like that too, and then I get back on track again. Never give up..Just keep trying. You'll get there.

Things here have been hectic lately and I have been eating badly. I had been doing really well with small changes and not feeling bad about myself when I would have bad days.
Money is tight this month since we had to get our truck fixed and I havent been able to buy things that are healthier to eat. Ive been on the road a lot have been eating fast food and have eaten pizza three days this week and still have some in there now.
Does this happen to any of you? How do you handle it? Im kind of down in the dumps now since I was doing so well and one bad day has turned into 3. Any thoughts?
