yes i also thought that plus i should eat something more helthy with fiber to keep me full.

I def need hobbie im thinking of doing botique bows for my daughter & a tutu for her b-day cute & fun for my princess..lool im gonna watch my soapopera online to not make me think of food then im going to bed early!! i usually stay up until 2 am! so i def snack late with some cookie & milk but not tonight! if i want to reach my goal by this fall then i have to kick my own butt & do it.

Always been a healthy weight of 115-120 After having my daughter i lost myself and gained weight on & off in 2008 lost 24lbs and weight down to 124lbs! After that year i gained my weight back and ever since then ive ben gaining more and more! Now its time to get healthy for baby#2 =]

Believe it or not. In some of the prepared foods, even the nice "fat free, or low fat" nutrition bars, there are some additives or chemicals that just react in are systems that say Hi...here is some food, want some more??? And the chemicals wake up our food ache...and we get more hungry...I try to only snack on fruit or veggies or nuts at night. Then it does not do as bad. I was a very bad eater at night, until I learn which food, I can eat just a "little of"...wow...Yankees just won....Home Run...Hikecki Matsui....Won 2 to 1.... So, trial and error I have learned what to munch on. Keeping a food diary...is your best tool, to learn how your body reacts to certain foods...

its late & i feel hungry or maybe its just in my head i wish i could eat alot right now, but i shouldnt

ive had 1480 calories so far my limit is 1500 so i did good today plus i worked out for almost 2 hours! so i tell myself i cant cheat i worked out hard today so i need to keep it up.

for my snack around 7:45? i had a weight watchers brownie then i felt hungry after so instead of eating food i made some tea no calories except for the sugar. its frustraing but its all in my head right? not the stomach being hunrgy.

some advice & what to do or what to eat for your last snack thats keeps you full! im thinking of getting those fiber one bars.
