Take a walk through your health food department in your grocery store -- check the labels -- and you'd be surprised what lo-cal, lo-sodium, lo-fat products just keep coming out! BUT REMEMBER CHECK THE LABEL! They may not be as "healthy" as they claim. But you may find one that you just love!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic, AthenaJane! No, I'm 5'5" and, per dr.s' orders, no more weight loss for me--but I can still tone up! So, I'm actually eating more because I'm at 109# and that isn't the healthiest weight for me considering age of 49 and my height. So, I'll listen to the dr., as even I agree.

But, great going on that cutting the cream and sticking to more water! That's the best "snack" for all of us!!! You're doing fantastic!!!

My snack for our list are "breadsticks"! Not the bread type -- the cracker type that comes in different flavors -- cheese, garlic, etc. Better yet, the salt-free ones -- who needs that extra sodium!

Congratulations TMomma...just noticed that you made goal of 112...Do you stand about 5 foot 2 inches tall??? Because that is a number, I would love to see when I step on the scale. Now that I have eliminated coffee and the half of a cup of cream in each cup...and I am doing more water, I believe I can lose one pound a week or so. I have to believe, because now I am at 127 for 3 days in a row. And loving it, so far...

I love soy crisps -- just watch the sodium count -- but they crunch and they're good for you -- just make sure and read that label to make sure of which brand to grab!
