Thanks for the info. I have a print out form Curves on the stretches we do after our workout there. I can do them at them anytime too. I like doing stretches.

I just saw SparkPeople's article and video on stretching. And, for those of us who don't like to go the gym, etc., this is a great way to get our bodies moving and those muscles toned. And, more so, to stretch those muscles and feel the tension ease:
