Last day of JULY and my fabric is not done. I feel by the way side....do many other things to do. Hope August goes better. Need to re do my goals and challenges. Weight lose for July was not what I hoped for, but at least it wasn't a gain.

I haven't been logging like I should, but I have been writing everything down. I'm getting back on track, but still have a ways to go. For July I will: 1) be back on my proper nutrition 2) finish cleaning/organizing my sewing room 3) finish 2 UFOs
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) try something new 3) 1 fruit/veg every meal 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
May 2016 goals: 1) Lose 4 pounds 2) Ride 200 miles 3) Eat fruit or vegetable at every meal 4) Finish 2 UFOs
