Last day of JULY and my fabric is not done. I feel by the way side....do many other things to do. Hope August goes better. Need to re do my goals and challenges. Weight lose for July was not what I hoped for, but at least it wasn't a gain.

July is on track! Still folding fabric, but it is getting done. I seem to be on track!

Pretty clever way to get that water in! I drink a lot already, but I have to remember to drink extra when it's hot & I've been doing things outside (getting some activity in!).

Great goals for July. I drink water with meals and a glass of water every time I brush my teeth. That has helped increase my intake.

1) log nutrition daily
2) exercise 30 minutes daily
3) 15 minute purge daily
4) sew 1 bobbin full every day
5) do a good deed daily


March resolutions:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish 1 UFO
3) strength train 3 days a week
4) ride 150 miles

I started in this group at the beginning of July and it's half over already! I just found this post, so I'll see what I can do here...

1. Drink more water every day so I stay hydrated when I'm outside.
2. Make preemie blankets for my quilt guild. (Due at beginning of Aug)
3. Finish 2 small projects I've started.

Hope that's enough! :)

I'm ready to get back started losing weight. My recovery is at 90% and although if I push myself to hard I tire, that will slowly improve.

So getting back into a reguar program - eating healthy and exercise

Here it is, the middle of the year. I do hope everyone is doing well with your goals and resolutions.

I haven't been logging like I should, but I have been writing everything down. I'm getting back on track, but still have a ways to go. For July I will:
1) be back on my proper nutrition
2) finish cleaning/organizing my sewing room
3) finish 2 UFOs
