I thought I knew most everything about SparkPeople!
But oh no! just found the mix and match meal planner. This page allows you to plan your meals in balance. It will put the foods right in the nutrition tracker for you. Although the variety of foods available is small, you could enter all you can and add others off of the nutrition tracker. Looks great!
