Ok 1/2 way through March, but I am back and here are my goals:
1. Lose 4 pounds this month. 3 that I gained and 1 extra!
2. Walk for 10 mins each day; as my body will allow
3. Keep up with paper work
4. Make an art quilt!
One day at a time is the goal to GOAL
7/12/14: (7/16/14) 220.8
My goal is to lose 7 more lbs by Easter. I will do this by tracking what I eat and maintaining my walking, biking and strength training programs.
I have often thought about making a quilt for my weight loss accomplishments. I thought I should make a square for every 5 lbs I lose, which means I need to get busy! Maybe I should start that project this month...hmmm
With God all things are possible
I made a Roman Shade for my daughter's guest room and have the pillows to finish. Thanks for the challenge!
I finished the charity baby quilt that should have been done by December. I've made my block for one exchange. I have 1 more block for exchange (Mar 19) and a round robin due then also. I want to finish at least one more old thing this month, and the bag I started this month.
1) get out of the 240's
2) finish wedding quilt
3) 2003 pictures into album

I also am new to quilting. I am trying to teach myself. Looks like I aam going to not only enjoy it, but become a fabric pack rat. Sounds addicting. Love it
Never give up.
I am the only one who can hold me back.
Wise Woman, I'm excited for you in beginning your active quilting journey! I'm new to quilting myself. I find it exciting and daunting at the same time. Have fun!

March for me is to finish a couple of projects and work on flexibility. Have a couple of videos and will use some Spark. Arthritis is really kicking the flexibility.

2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
