Ok 1/2 way through March, but I am back and here are my goals:
1. Lose 4 pounds this month. 3 that I gained and 1 extra! 2. Walk for 10 mins each day; as my body will allow 3. Keep up with paper work 4. Make an art quilt!

My goal is to lose 7 more lbs by Easter. I will do this by tracking what I eat and maintaining my walking, biking and strength training programs. I have often thought about making a quilt for my weight loss accomplishments. I thought I should make a square for every 5 lbs I lose, which means I need to get busy! Maybe I should start that project this month...hmmm

I finished the charity baby quilt that should have been done by December. I've made my block for one exchange. I have 1 more block for exchange (Mar 19) and a round robin due then also. I want to finish at least one more old thing this month, and the bag I started this month.
