Is indestructible and labrador something that can be used in the same sentence? A kong is the only indestructible toy we have found. EVERYTHING else gets destroyed, destuffed, desqueaked, and deposited (in the garbage) very quickly.

She loves soft toy's also but we stopped giving them to her b/c she started chewing our son's. She has now twice in the last month chewed up our comforter cover...arg...so we are back to putting her in the kennel when we are not home :*(

that sounds like a neat toy.i know my girl just i think likes toys or as i call them her dolls. when you wake up everyday it is amazing to find how many dolls are in bed with yourself. my car is also got quite a handful of them as well i thinks she gives to me so i will not be lonely. I have been know to take her to town and like a gargae for having oil or tires changed at she will look at the owner of the business and hurry and grab a doll and stroll over to him and lay it down beside him look at him and turn to walk away. She does not want to go back and get it at times it will laugh and get it and bring it back to her and will offer to give her like a rag or something. She will turn a look like she is grinning at him so she can get a head rub she will take the gift but only to add to the collection in the car and then jump back to the front seat like okay lets go mommy i'm ready now. I am lukly he likes fur babies or at least acts like he does he says you would be amazed how many people bring their dogs with them for him to see. I laugh and tell him i offered her a car not to see anybody but i bet she wants to go to the bank for a treat and go see daddy at work and then her day is done. Must be nice for a low key day.
Mine LOVE to play with their Egge toy. It is a very hard plastic large egg shaped toy that is light as a feather. They toss it around in the snow. It is so much fun to watch them play with it. It is so hard and big, they can't sink their sharp teeth into it. It's the most indestructible toy we own. The Jolly Ball Egg is the similar to the Egge toy we have...
They also do well with the Tuffie toys. The circular ones with the hole in the middle are their favorite. I throw it across the yard and they fetch them. They like to run around with them (Wally puts his nose in the middle and starts running) and play tug with each other too.

I have bought my granddogs those toys that you put a plastic bottle inside the "animal" and it makes tons of noise when they chew on it. Hopefully their "parents" won't get tired of the noise!!!! Also some dog treats that they love!

i found a few toys ( i know it sounds odd ) dealing with road kill a skunk etc. All it was a nice size toy like a head start of a body flatten down due to tire track more body not too much another tire track then tail. Squeaker included somewhere. She loved riding to town with it hanging from her mouth. I know it sounds like yuk but it was really kinds funny. It did not really have much for them to gather to tear apart. We have had them for years and i still find them moving around outside for she takes them around the yard playing with them other then weather like rain they look descent still

Justice was and Indy is serious chewers. Both only chew on there stuff which is good. We have a couple nylabones that Indy had not destroyed yet, we recently found Industrial Strength tennis balls at one of the pet stores. They came in three sizes and so far they are holding up. They were not too badly priced. We have also bought some Air Dog products (they may be Kong too) they have lasted too.
I have had very little luck finding dolls that my lab doesn't destroy within 30 minutes of purchase - very upsetting when you have spent $10 (or much more). Kong rubber products are about the only things she doesn't instantly destroy. She is over 12 years old and would destroy any of those so-called "tripled stitched" toys, today!

Cocoa MUST have a ball with her at all times, and so far she can't destroy Planet Dog Orbee Fetch and Woof balls. They're expensive but they last. Sophie and Nash are spending their time chewing deer antlers which I ordered from the web. They also have a fire hose dog toy which hasn't yet been destroyed. Everything else has been ripped, shredded, de-stuffed, and de-squeaked.
It is not how long the flower blooms, but how beautifully!
OK since we are now counting the days to christmas, I am curious what all of you out there have deemed your favorite toy for your big lab. Kana is a chewer and it seems that any new toy only lasts a few hours. What have you found to be the most indestructible fun for your lab?
