I don't go to the gym much (usually work out at home), but when I go ANYWHERE, I get the "whaddyameanyou'regoingoutandleavingmehere " sad-eyed, miserable look. It's enough to make you spend the rest of your life at home! -LL
We just play with Toby in the backyard and all we have to do is say Let's go out and he will wait by the door. As the door opens, he is first out and you better wait on him cause he will knock you down if you get in the way. The grands try to beat him, but Toby always wins. When I exercise on my gazelle, Toby watches, waiting for me to get off. That is his way of telling me, it's my turn to go outside.
As you can tell, I don't go to a gym-just exercise class at the Recreation dept. DH is at home with Toby so Toby doesn't mind.
Trust God, believe in yourself, and keep looking forward. You can't change the past. You are always special.

i believe my dog knows when i am heading out for the night, going on a trip or going to the gym. lately i have been working out a lot more instead of spending time with her because it is just too cold here to walk/run outside.
well, last night she tried to eat my gym shoes. we are over the puppy shoe stage so this has to be sabotage!
