I'm at 720, but haven't had dinner yet. Going over to a friend's house to study for the Praxis with some of the girls from my program. She's cooking, so here's to hoping it's a healthy meal. I'm going to eat an apple before going over there to make sure I stay within my range today.

775 was the total at the end of the day. My biggest downfall with my eating plan is not consuming enough caloies.I know that sounds wierd since I am morbidly obese,but I have kidney disease that takes my appetite away.I know it's not healthy since I also have diabetes. I'd lose better if I consumed the right amount of calories (1400-1600). I think I need an accountability partner...I'm PATHETIC!

1035 as of the end of dinner, but it's 5:45PM and I'm leaving for an evening job. Won't be home until 11:30PM or Midnight and usually need something to eat when I get home. That should bring me into range.
