I also cook for one or two.
I cut recipes in half and have portions in the freezer for instant meals.
Works out well for me.

I too am single living alone and I find it extremely difficult to cook for one. The only way I can do it is to buy single frozen portions of meat/fish and that way I can use one at a time and just make veggies to go with the meal. Breakfast and lunch are easy. Thank goodness I don't do desserts. If I want to make a single piece of cake I make the 321 CAKE and it is one individual piece of cake. If you want the recipe let me know. It really comes in handy at times. Bev

i have not gained a pound in over a year.

i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year
