Yes, use the recipe finder & come up with some meats to bake in the oven.

Have an awesome day!

It's not hard to use, just a bit time consuming, but worth it. It's under Spark Recipes, recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp and is called the Recipe Calculator. You only have to enter the recipe once, then it's in your cookbook and will be accessible from your Nutrition Tracker. I've tracked a lot in there and find it worth it.

Thanks for the reply. Where do you find the recipe tracker? Is it hard to get use to?

Are you looking for meals that you can cook in the oven? I bake and enter all my recipes in the Recipe tracker, so I know the calories.

Casseroles are good in the oven... lasagna, which you can modify the ingredients. I've seen recipes for zucchini fries that are done in the oven. Mini meatloaves or even just a regular meatloaf. Baked potatoes for a side (I start in the microwave and finish off in the oven).

That's all that comes to mind right now. Good luck.

Well, again, I do, but my husband doesn't like sourkraut. I might just have to cook me up some when my husband's not home for the evening. He won't smell it until he gets back home later that evening. LOL Thanks much.

Hi, I've been on the program for 16 days now. I've lost 5# so far (No, I didn't put my scale away for very long). I did remeasure myself and have lost inches though. My husband grills almost all of our meat which really helps, but I'd like to find something that I could make in the oven once in a while. He's not a chicken eater UNLESS it's bar-b-qued but at least that's a start. Neither of us eat fish unless it's friend so we really try to limit that one. My husband just bought a pumpkin pie but I guess I an have a little piece for a snack once in a while - I guess tonight's a good night to do that and get then be satisfied. I am really ejoying the sliced strawberries and blueberries though. Yummy!! Any and all ideas here would really be appreciated.

Judy
