some food manufactures or "gurus" always want to push some miracle "food" or eating plan on us. All this because we don't practice moderation when we eat,
I have noticed that if I don't compare myself with others and focus on what I am doing that I will feel better about myself.
It's always good to have my understanding of things corroborated this way. Thanks!
the only one i didn't know about was the fish and sodium. good to know!
Interesting. I didn't know that about the fat and salads. I do usually use fat free dressings.
