You could try to use the portion chart (found in the article section) to determine portions and that could help. Then you could just log that husband had x number of portions and you would log that you had x amount of portions.

I have signed my husband up for spark people so he can track his food as well..He did ask me to so I'm not one of those crazy controlling women ;) Any way, I am trying to figure out a way to sync our dinners so I only have to make one meal but portion out what we both get...He gets to eat WAY more then I do. Does any one know how to do this? or do I need to constantly be changing meals on both to get them together?
