Hi Everyone, just joined the team and would like to offer a suggestion that totally works for me...as I'm single, but a huge fresh veggie eater, I take one day per week to blanch whatever veggies I'm going to have for the week...I wring out the water from the leafy greens and strain other veggies well such as cauliflower, beets, etc. then store in containers...they stay fab in the fridge for a week! When I'm ready for them, I mix into recipes or saute in a bit of olive oil and garlic...I haven't tossed out veggies in a year!
