CHEESY CHICKEN= Can of cream of chicken soup- can of cheddar cheese soup -as many chicken breast or thighs soup will cover put in crock pot on hi about 3 hours ! Great lo-cal and easy !
The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
When I don't have access to a refrigerator or microwave, I usually just stick to simple stuff -- raw fruits and veggies, cubes of cheese, hard-boiled eggs, trail mix, PB sandwich... stuff like that. Depends on what you like. You could also look at getting an ice pack, which will give you a lot more options with refrigerated foods.
I am starting my Grad program tonight, which means I will be in class from 4:45-8:45. I need some ideas for healthy meals that don't need to be reheated or refrigerated and taste good. Anyone have any ideas?
