I like sandwiches for Spring (or any time). I pack them to take to the park when I take my grandkids to play there, or to take out on the lake. They're also handy for work lunches to eat outside. My faves are lowfat chicken or egg salad, BLTs, PB&Js, sliced turkey or ham with romaine and light Miracle Whip.
The first step in getting somewhere is by deciding not to stay where you're at.
