Thanks, it does help. I need more discipline in exercising. Because of a lot of health issues excersing also is limited, but I found that I can ride my stationary bike and am increasing the time little by little 3 times a week. So thanks for the reminders - they always help.
well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team who are here to help you in your health journey.
everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,
first throw out all the junk food in your house.
then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.
exercising is key. I hope this helps

Welcome to Spark and the team!! I am totally on the bandwagon for converting people from WW to Spark because I think Spark's nutritional guides are much more helpful than the points system of WW which doesn't guide you through how much protein, fats, carbs, etc you should have.
I have just started SP and am working to get rid of all the old food stuff and replacing it with the good stuff. So I am in transition. I have started a stationary bike exercise as well. 5 min and now up to 20 = 3 times a week. So far this site has given me the best of new living goals. I even suggested a friend who was on WW and she quit and is now a member here. I need to make the needed changes in my daily living and I am determined to stick with this. Thanks for reading.
