Completely understandable. Having too many teams can make things stressful, and that's not what Spark is about. Do what is right for you!

I'm finding that I have to cut way back on my Spark teams. I'm having trouble keeping a focus on what I need to be doing, so for now, I will gracefully bow out, with the hope that once I'm on track I will be able to wander back in. I wish you all the best.
