that is a great idea! I was doing the belly fat diet before I joined SparksPeople and I couldn't eat fruit, icecream, and had less than 20 grams of sugar a day. Now I am eatting a more balance diet and I love eating fruit again but my belly fat is back again. Any thoughts?

Thanks

For someone who just CAN"T give up ice cream......I buy small 100-cal ice cream cups at my local grocer and top with a tbls of nuts and a tbls of suger free choc syrup. It satisfies my choc craving, as well as my ice cream craving without going overboard.

Some of my staples:

High Fiber Quaker Oatmeal - 160
Add a tangerine for fruit - 37 for a medium one
197 for breakfast

Two pieces of 45 calorie bread - 90
1 tbsp peanut butter - 90
Splenda for sweetener - 0
Throw in another tangerine - 37
217 for lunch

Other snacks:
Sugar snap peas with hummus
8 almonds - 55 calories

Another thing I recently discovered - Eggs in a Basket
That's 1 piece of 45 calorie bread, cut the circle center out and have it in the frying pan as well. Put an egg in the hole, add seasonings, and I add a wedge of the Laughing Cow Chipotle cheese and some cilantro. With the egg and cheese, it comes to about 155. (There's a recipe for this in the SparkRecipes, though it doesn't use the light bread.)

I was wondering if anyone had any great recipes or even just things I can quickly throw together thats really low calorie and a healthy snack? Or even a meal? I have been doing things like cottage cheese and fruit, a half of a whole wheat bagel and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, carrots, hardboiled egg, but sometimes I just fee like im eating the exact same thing from day to day so if anyone has ideas im open to anything!
