Becuase the GF cooks from both sides you don't need to flip. So far I've only cooked Salmon on mine & it is perfect @ 5 minutes. What I do is pour a little lt olive oil & mrs dash on the filets and roll them around a little in it (and spray the GF lightly too). These are skinless 5oz filets straight from the Fish section of my local HyVee. Hope this helps.

Don't have George Foreman Grill. My mom uses the oven to cook our Tilipia. She wraps it in Tinfoil with lemons... It comes out very tasty. Sorry I can't tell you how long, I have no idea. (Haven't made it yet). Maybe she'll let me cook some next time. (Still learning how to cook). Hope you have a good day! Holly
