Take ordinary piecrust dough and knead in finely grated sharp cheddar. Cut into small squares and roll each around a black olive. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for ten to fifteen minutes, or until golden brown.

That's a tough one...I would probably go with something contrasting...if it is a heavy or spicy chili, so with something lite and sweet (like a pineapple and mango salsa)...if it is something on the tamer side, then shoot for something a bit more bold...
