Hi Jonathon, I totally understand your need for flavor. I am addicted to it. I very often increase the amount of spices or add a few of my own when I cook. I, however, am not a fan of overpowering heat as a spice.
I am not sure what kind of flavors you like, but I would like to give you a few suggestions from Spark Recipes:
Evans Awesome Vegetarian Burritos by IMJESCOBEDO (High in vinegar, so you may want to adjust to taste. Half the recipe, make in crockpot, and enjoy great leftovers.)
Chili - Vegetarian by LINDAROWE (I used two cups of frozen corn.)
Creamy Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese by SUEALLEN (Not your traditional macaroni and cheese.)
Pina Colada Muffins by KRISTIB3 (I used ww flour, ff sour cream, and natural applesauce for butter. Store in refrigerator.)
Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes by SHANFANNIN (We add cinnamon and use brown sugar instead of Splenda. For an added treat double the bananas. Half the recipe or freeze.)
These recipes are large but make great leftovers or should freeze well. My husband and I eat 1/2 recipe of the pancakes with no leftovers. I halved the burritos and still had 3 meals for the two of us.
(Edited for correctness on recipe credits.)
