I like the "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter" spray too. I've given up slathering butter on my baked spuds and toast and pancakes etc. So, 10 to 25 calories is a much better deal! And it's good tasting!

FYI - I'm not sure if you're aware of this because I wasn't at first. Even though "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter" spray says it has no calories, there are. It's 20 calories per 25 sprays. So it's almost a calorie per spray. That adds up! I found the info on the product website.

Can you spray enough on that flavorings will stick to it?

Have you tried nutritional yeast? It has a buttery flavor with out any fat or chemicals. It also tastes great on veggies and pasta.

Lucky for me, I never got used to butter on popcorn, but thanks for the reminder to take popcorn to camp with me for a healthy and low-cost appetizer - esp with kids. Crackers & cheese is hi-cal and hi-cost!

I have to agree with the Smart Balance. I have even tried using the PAM butter flavor, don't like the aftertaste.

I use Smart Balance. I think its good, plus its better for you (or not as bad) as some of the others.

I had a really good spray and they took it away. Most of the ones I have tried have been awful. Anyone got a good one?
