Wonderful things from the farmers' market: - Crab cakes (not low fat, but only 1 for me) - Roasted beets - Sugar snap peas - Caprese salad (tomato, mozzarella, basil) or fresh greens salad with home-made dressing. - Fresh strawberries for dessert (hubby's over ice cream, mine with a dollop of non-fat yogurt)

potroast cooked in crockpot with potatoes, carrots and onions. NO bread and will hopefully eat a lot more of the veggies than meat since I love them cooked that way all day

Anything cold. There is no way that stove gets turned on today and add to the temperature today. It's going to be 108 today so I am looking for some nice things like a salmon or tuna salad. Any suggustions.

We had a big lunch out after our god-daughter's first holy communion, so I'll get to the store for some fish, or use the frozen shrimp we have to add to marinated artichokes and canned dices tomatoes over whole wheat pasta for a light dinner.
The strawberry Cosmo-tini was not a good diet move, but I did skip dessert!
