1. How long do you work out for? I do one group ex class per day, sometimes two
2. When do you work out? Morning, mid day or evening? mornings are best but my shifts have been earlier so lately after work
3. Do you have a workout buddy or workout alone? Do you want one? no (unless you count when my spouse actually joins me at the gym but we do our own thing)....if i had the same goals and could give and receive motivation maybe
4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why? bodypump....it is always fun and challenging
5. Have you ever printed out a Spark workout to take with you to the gym? no
6. Do you have a trainer? Or have you had one in the past? Would you like one? no....yes... no
7. Favourite time of day? Why? early mornings....i can lay in bed knowing i don't have to get up for awhile
8. Favourite subject when in school? art and philosophy
9. Do you workout other than at the gym? yes, i get bored very easily so i am always trying to mix it up...my bike is getting out more :)
10. What is on your MP3 Player? anything and everything i can fit on it .....except western
11. Favourite song to workout to? not sure....anything with a good beat
12. Do you flavour your water? no except when i need a little sweetness then i mix in a bit of fruit juice

14. Cardio or weights? both
15. Tea or coffee? tea for sure
16. What did you want to be when you were a kid? a ceo
17. Where you into sports or fitness as a teen? teen not so much (except for the week they attempted t have a rugby team)...younger yes
18. What keeps you going to the gym? What makes it hard to get there? variety (though this is lacking now)..... getting out the front door and walking there.
19. Favourite actor or actress? johnny depp
20. Best thing about working out? The feeling after ....... sore but extremely satisfied

3. Do you have a workout buddy or workout alone? Do you want one? My boyfriend is a group ex instructor! I met him at GoodLife!
4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why? Attack is my favourite. It is so intense, gives the best cardio workout. I also love that it is customizable. I am just as challenged now by BA as I was when I first started attending. You want to make the workout harder? Just move bigger!
5. Have you ever printed out a Spark workout to take with you to the gym? no
6. Do you have a trainer? Or have you had one in the past? Would you like one? I have had trainers before. They are useful for coming up with interesting workout routines, but I find doing group ex is more motivating.
7. Favourite time of day? Why? All of it! Although I suppose my time after work is the best.
8. Favourite subject when in school? math or science
9. Do you workout other than at the gym? not usually, but I do sometimes walk or hike and this summer I would like to get a bike.
10. What is on your MP3 Player? Dance tunes!
11. Favourite song to workout to? Body Attack music.

17. Where you into sports or fitness as a teen? I swam a lot as a young teenager, but as I got older I stopped
18. What keeps you going to the gym? What makes it hard to get there? I absolutely love the gym. I am a gym rat. I have made great friends and met my bf there. I love working out and I love the social aspect of it. The only days it's hard to get there is when I have family commitments, but I can usually work around that.
19. Favourite actor or actress? Matthew McConoughey
20. Best thing about working out? I love the adrenaline.

3. Do you have a workout buddy or workout alone? Do you want one? Alone but would love to have a workout partner
4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why? Body Pump and Sh'bam

6. Do you have a trainer? Or have you had one in the past? Would you like one? Never had a trainer but hoping to maybe become one ;)
7. Favourite time of day? Why? Mornings because I'm all alone to do my workout, evenings to relax

13. Run, walk or both? I walk as much as possible but am runs on a quiet morning are peaceful and calming

15. Tea or coffee? Tea, green tea
16. What did you want to be when you were a kid? A doctor or teacher
17. Where you into sports or fitness as a teen? kinda, mostly swimming and volleyball
18. What keeps you going to the gym? What makes it hard to get there? It's my own sanctuary and nothing makes it hard to get there

20. Best thing about working out? Feeling the burn and the pride of accomplishing another tiring yet very rewarding workout

1. I work out for 1 hour per day on average.
2. I work out mornings on my days off or when I'm on evening shift. 5pm when I'm working a day shift. Mornings are much preferred.
3. Usually I work out alone. Sundays I work out with hubby.
4. I have always loved BODY PUMP the best. A great all over workout.
5. I have copied down Spark workouts a few times and enjoyed trying some new moves.
6. I do a lot of reading in fitness and running magazines and I enjoy planning out my own workouts. I've had trainers come up to me and give me pointers or want to show me new exercises. But I prefer to do my own thing.
7. 8 am is the best time for me because the gym is not too crowded and by the time I'm finished working out, I feel energized and I still have the whole day ahead of me.

9. I run outside a lot. I also go to hot yoga sometimes.
10. I have whole lot of hip hop and rock on my ipod.
11. Right now my favorite song to run to is You Do It To Yourself by Radiohead.
12. I don't flavour my water.
13. I'm a runner.
14. I do both cardio and weights.
15. Gotta have my joe.
16. When I was a kid I wanted to be a vet.
17. As a teen I was not into sports at all.
18. My husband gave me a Goodlife membership about 6 years ago and it's the best gift I've ever recieved. Being fit and active has totally changed who I am. I look forward to gymin' it every time!
20. Setting fitness goals for myself gives me something positive to focus on.

Learning to monitor not only what goes in your mouth, but also what is going on in your mind and heart, are keys to making a permanent lifestyle change.

2. When do you work out? Morning, mid day or evening? Evening during the week and morning/aft on weekends
3. Do you have a workout buddy or workout alone? Do you want one? I have a buddy for certain days, otherwise I'm on my own
4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why? Attack - really gets me moving, gets any aggression out that has built up during the week, I feel great after every class!
5. Have you ever printed out a Spark workout to take with you to the gym? No.
6. Do you have a trainer? Or have you had one in the past? Would you like one? Had one in the past, wouldn't bother again, they overcharge for what you get. Found it useful just to learn how to use machines.
7. Favourite time of day? Why? 3pm when I'm done work, that's when I have the most energy.
8. Favourite subject when in school? English
9. Do you workout other than at the gym? Does heavy cleaning count?!
10. What is on your MP3 Player? All kinds of different tunes from country to hip hop
11. Favourite song to workout to? Many good songs to work out to, especially like Gimme More - Britney

15. Tea or coffee? Just switched from coffee to tea - way less fattening!

18. What keeps you going to the gym? What makes it hard to get there? It makes me feel good about myself, I'm sick of feeling crappy, it gives me more energy and confidence. It's hard to get there when I have a busy schedule, sometimes it's hard to fit in.

20. Best thing about working out? Feeling healthy and knowing I am doing something good for myself.

I am so freaking busy these days -- Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday I do Couch to 5k so that's about 30 minutes. I try to do some cross trainer too. And then there's working out at home.

Whenever I have time! Usually evening.

3. Do you have a workout buddy or workout alone? Do you want one?
Workout buddy but I sometimes go alone anyway.

4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why?
I love Zumba. And BodyAttack, BodyFlow.. BodyJam was good too but Zumba has sort of replaced it. I love BodyAttack because I feel horrible during it and I know it's kicking my butt!

5. Have you ever printed out a Spark workout to take with you to the gym?
Nope.

6. Do you have a trainer? Or have you had one in the past? Would you like one?
I had one for a while but it wasn't for me. It was promotional so all we did was the FitFix together.

Afternoon evening! I'm actually awake haha

I'm taking Classics -- my favourite class right now is probably the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire or Latin.

At home on EA Sports

Right now it's probably Sexy B-tch (Akon) or Jerk It (Thunderheist)

Learning to run!

Cardio. I use EA Sports as my strength training, though it just uses body resistance and a band.

Not really, I was a chubby teen

My dream body :)

30-60 mins of cardio, then about 15-20 of weights and mat work. It depends on the day.

I prefer going after work or mid-afternoon.

My Mom sometimes is my workout buddy. She's very motivating, but I find going with friends a little distracting because we talk too much.
4. Favourite Goodlife class? Why?
Never been to one :S I'd like to try BodyFlow and BodyCombat...the classes are always too full.

Nope

I had one for about 6 sessions. I prefer to do my own research. I didn't find her helpful.

The endorphins and the results. Being lazy, not having motivation, the thought of working hard...pain.

How good and accomplished you feel afterward. Feeling proud that you have done something to take care of your body.
