I too have recently found out that I am wheat and peanut sensitive. I have found SparkPeople to be very helpful with tracking my food which I find helps when you have an allergy. I've only been on here for a short amount of time but have been able to find wheat free recipes and support.

With the many members of SparkPeople I am certain there are others with wheat allergies who are happy to share tips and substitutes. As you educate yourself about nutrition and healthy eating you will find it easy to understand all the healthy ways you can be wheat free. Check out the Healthy Lifestyle articles and do a search for 'Wheat Free' to find those specific articles.

Could someone tell me, before I get totally into Spark, if there are alternatives to recipes that call for wheat products? I am just not very familiar with all of the options and am wanting to join this site for weight loss.... just can't do wheat and not very "nutritionally organized"! Thanks so much for your help.
