Mostly I make my own from base pieces. Pencil skirts, vintage style tops, classic shoe styles and then I do my own hair and makeup in full vintage style. To Burlesque it, just add rhinestones... I know that sounds silly but I have a pair of beautiful blue shoes which ended up being the rave shoe with all the girls one night... because I rhinestoned them myself. Never underestimate the power of rhinestones and E6000 glue. :) Otherwise, for vintage looks, find that cut that fits you best and then seek those in regular stores. If you must spend copius amounts of money on retro clothing then also look at www.pinupgirlclothing.com.
