I am so much better. I have had improvements in areas, I did not know that I had a problem with.
I have not taken an allergy pill since, I quite Gluten.
I don't feel like I want to eat all the time. I feel like I got a monkey off of my back. I feel a freedom from food, that surprised me.
I breath better than I knew I could.
My leg, that I broke a couple years ago, only hurts when I get glutened or I am on cement a long time.
My stomach is not bloated.
My legs have gotten a lot of the feeling back.
I have quite itching.
I think clearer.
I have more energy.
ON and ON...

Welcome to the team. I am glad you are here. I just cut out everything that had gluten because I knew it would make me sick and it isn't worth it. I had a hard time giving up pasta but was able to find a some nice gluten free pasta. It took about a week before I felt any better and now I wouldn't trade it for anything. Good luck.

Welcome to the team.
Hi, I am new to gluten free I am starting my second week. I have stomach issues and have hypothyroidism. I have been told that going gluten free would help my thyroid and stomach issues. It is tough I love bread and tortillas. I am a mother of 5 ages 20, 19, 17, 10 and 1. Any suggestions on how to do it successfully will be appreciated.
