The bob's red mill almond flour that I have bought has work well in my recipes. Some flours are not well ground and make for lumpy batters so that is probably why your recipe says flour not meal.
Almond breeze makes gluten free crackers in many varieties out of almond flour and they are very good.

I have a recipe on my pinterest that is almond flour cheese crackers.The recipe says almond flour/not meal.I was going to buy some red mill almond flour but its says almond flour/meal.so what is the difference?
