The ingredients are pretty easy to find but I have to say that until the recent discovery of my wheat sensitivity I've always loved the foods in this catagory. I've only made three things from the book and I thought they were all disgusting. I was discouraged at first but moved on to different cookbooks all together and have found some pretty good stuff. I'm too scared to try his recipies again. I hate throwing out food.

Hello, I am new to the wheat free community. I have a pretty bad sensitivity to it. I purchased the Wheat Belly Cookbook and I'm just wondering if any of you have used it and if so, what were some of your favs from the book? The first recipe I tried (a pancake) was a total failure and I'm hoping to try some more successful rather than wasteful ones.
