I have not read Wheat Belly or used the cookbook yet but I want to! I prefer to wait for the library to have the books I want. As far as recipes, Dr. Davis does occassionally post some on his blog: www.wheatbellyblog.com
I've used The Fresh 20 Gluten Free a few times now - I have loved everything I've made so far.
Signed up for the Star Wars Dark Side Challenge on April 17, 2016 - and have a goal to run the half-marathon in under 2:00:00. Can I use the Force to shave one minute/mile off my current pace? Find out here:
The ingredients are pretty easy to find but I have to say that until the recent discovery of my wheat sensitivity I've always loved the foods in this catagory. I've only made three things from the book and I thought they were all disgusting. I was discouraged at first but moved on to different cookbooks all together and have found some pretty good stuff. I'm too scared to try his recipies again. I hate throwing out food.
Keep calm and press on!

Hello, I am new to the wheat free community. I have a pretty bad sensitivity to it. I purchased the Wheat Belly Cookbook and I'm just wondering if any of you have used it and if so, what were some of your favs from the book? The first recipe I tried (a pancake) was a total failure and I'm hoping to try some more successful rather than wasteful ones.
