LaraBars rock! My favorite is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Super yummy! My other go-to snacks are an apple with 1 tbsp Nutella, 2 No Bake PB Oatmeal Energy Bites with a small banana, and chocolate chia seed pudding. All come in at about 200 calories which makes them winners in my book.

Trader Joe's Plantain chips and some hot tea are a very filling combination. I like them because they are crunchy, a serving is 20 chips (which I divvy into snack bags when I get home from the store), and they have a nice flavor. I usually grab a caffeine-free fruit-flavored tea to go with them.

Peanut butter and an apple (and a mint after!); a hardboiled egg and a slice of Udi's bread; 3 ounces of turkey breast; and my current fav, half cup of low fat cottage cheese and a banana. Another option is a serving of Crunchmaster crackers. I like the Multi-Seed version best.
So, I've got minutes between patients checking in to run to the kitchen to get my snack/meal to stay satiated so I don't make poor choices like raid the office candy bowl. I eat every 2 hours small amounts of protein/carb snacks however I'm dairy free and a celiac so my options are more limited. Any suggestions on snacks that work for you?
