If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. You need only four ingredients to make this easy, delicious, gluten-free and low carb bread. It rises in the oven forming a beautiful, almost normal looking bread. The good news is that it's loaded with protein and depending how you slice it usually less than 2 carbs.
Preheat the oven 325°F
1 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 4 teaspoons Organic Baking Powder 1 cup Natural, Unsweetened Almond Butter (I make my own, much less $) 8 whole Extra Large Organic Eggs
Mix together the whey protein and the baking powder in a small bowl.
Beat the almond butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until creamy. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition until the batter is smooth.
Combine the whey protein mixture with the almond butter mixture and beat well until creamy.
Pour the batter into a lightly sprayed loaf pan. Bake for about 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean..
Let cool and cut into slices. Consistency is dense enough to slice thinly if you are counting the calories or carbs.
