I have found that if you simply replace 1/4 of the gluten free flour that you are using with coconut flour it makes the food, moister and holds together better and then it gives the wonderful coconut flavor. It is really good for baked items.
Do a search for coconut flour recipes and try some or make a recipe that you are used to using the 1/4 replacement with the coconut flour.
